Gesoute besproeiingsontwerper Cobus Myburgh sluit aan by Agrico Douglas

Ná dekades se ervaring in die besproeiingsindustrie, glo Cobus Myburgh aan ‘under promise and over deliver”. Sedert Augustus 2022 deel hy sy kundigheid én filosofie met die Agrico Douglas span, waar hy klante in die Douglas en Prieska omgewings sal bedien met besproeiingsontwerp en implement-verkope.

Die area bevat ‘n groep baie sterk besproeiingsboere wat tegnologies boer.  Ek dink Agrico het die produk en dryf om hierdie boere effektief te diens,” meen Cobus. 

Cobus het grootgeword op ‘n plaas teen die Oranjerivier. Dus was “besproeiing nog altyd deel van (sy) lewe”. Na skool het hy siviele ingenieurswese gestudeer en ‘n spesiale belangstelling in die hidrolika-komponent ontwikkel. ‘n Loopbaan in besproeiing was sy voorland. 

‘n Spilpuntkenner met jare se ervaring

Ná 10 jaar by GWK gevolg deur 14 jaar by Valmont (Valley Irrigation), is Cobus vandag ‘n volwaardige kundige in die ontwerp en outomatisering van spilpuntstelsels. 

“’n Spuitpakket is die hart van enige spilpuntstelsel. Aangesien ek baie tyd en navorsing daarop gedoen het, het ek deeglike kennis daarvan,” sê hy. 

Vir Cobus, is goeie diens en kundigheid die sleutel tot n goeie besproeiingsmaatskappy soos Agrico. 

“Ek dink Agrico is ‘n baie dinamiese besproeiingsmaatskappy. Ons sukses sal afhang van ‘n goeie verhouding met kliënte, diens, uitstekende ontwerp en nederigheid. Jy moet die kliënt se drome verwesenlik met die beste en mees doeltreffende produk.”
