Job description
We are seeking a dedicated sales and administrator clerk to provide excellent support to our sales and administrator team in Agrico Douglas.
Job requirements
- Matric certificate essential
- Valid driver’s license is essential
- Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans
- Previous experience in internal sales, administration and stock controller duties
- Advanced knowledge of administrative and stock controller duties and record keeping
- Maintaining up to date information on products and parts order delivery times for customers and communicating with customers
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Preparing sales documentation and compiling quotations
- Invoicing
- Computer literacy
- Experience with industry software such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Sage evolution
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing and able to work after hours and on weekends, when required
