Internal sales and administration clerk

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated sales and administrator clerk to provide excellent support to our sales and administrator team in Agrico Douglas.

Job requirements

  • Matric certificate essential
  • Valid driver’s license is essential
  • Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans
  • Previous experience in internal sales, administration and stock controller duties
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative and stock controller duties and record keeping
  • Maintaining up to date information on products and parts order delivery times for customers and communicating with customers
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Preparing sales documentation and compiling quotations
  • Invoicing
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience with industry software such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Sage evolution
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing and able to work after hours and on weekends, when required
