Administrative Clerk – Kimberley

Job description

Agrico is a leading company in the irrigation and agricultural sector, dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative clerk to join our finance team in Kimberley, Northern Cape. If you are highly organized, have strong administrative skills, and are proficient in managing debit and credit transactions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process and reconcile debit and credit transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with scheduling and organising meetings and events.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on financial duties.
  • Strong knowledge of debit and credit principles.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
